TrachTracker is an organizational tool, not a healthcare platform. This page explains in plain language what we store, who can see it, and what we never do with it.

What We Store

The information you enter into TrachTracker: patient names, supply quantities, usage rates, notes, and your email address for login. Nothing beyond what you actively provide.

Who Can See Your Data

Only you. Your account has access only to the data it created. No other user, TrachTracker staff member, or third party has access to your patients or inventory through normal use of the app. Access controls are enforced at the database level. This is technical enforcement, not only a policy promise.

What We Never Do

We do not display advertising. We do not sell your data. We do not share your information with insurance companies, healthcare providers, suppliers, or any third party. TrachTracker is not connected to any external service that receives your supply information.

Data Security

Your data is stored in a secure, encrypted database. All communication between your device and TrachTracker is encrypted in transit. Access is controlled and restricted.

An Important Limitation

TrachTracker is not a HIPAA-covered entity and is not designed for the storage of protected health information. It is a personal home supply tracking tool. If you need to store health information that legally requires HIPAA-compliant handling, TrachTracker is not the right tool for that purpose.

If TrachTracker Changes

If there are ever significant changes to how we handle data, including if the service is discontinued, we will notify users at the email address on their account in advance. We will give users adequate time and information to export or migrate their data.
