Built for the families who need it most

Why we built TrachTracker

TrachTracker exists because managing tracheostomy supplies at home is harder than it should be.

The families who manage trach care every day are already carrying an enormous amount. Tracking supplies, counting what is on the shelf, remembering what was just used, and knowing when to reorder should not add to that load.

We built TrachTracker to solve that specific problem. Not a medical records system. Not a communication platform. Just a calm, focused tool that answers the question every home caregiver eventually asks: “Do I have enough, and for how long?”

It is not a medical device. It does not connect to your doctor or your insurance company. It does not replace your medical team's guidance. It is an organizational tool built for home caregivers, by people who understand what caregiving at home actually looks like.

Mission

Reduce caregiver stress and prevent supply shortages by giving home trach families a clear, organized view of what they have and what they need.

What we focus on

Simplicity

One job: show you what you have and what needs attention. No clutter and no feature overload.

Privacy

Your data is only yours. We do not sell it, share it, or use it for advertising.

Fast setup

Most caregivers are set up and tracking in under five minutes. A starter template helps.
