WHY IT MATTERS
Managing tracheostomy supplies at home is harder than it should be.
For any home caregiver managing tracheostomy care, supplies are everywhere: in the closet, in the go-bag, in the car. Usage changes. Deliveries do not always arrive on schedule. The mental load of keeping track, counting, estimating, and trying to remember what was just used adds up fast.
Most caregivers handle trach supply inventory informally: mental notes, sticky notes, or a spreadsheet that is already out of date. That works until something runs low without warning or until the person who knows the count is not available.
TrachTracker brings tracheostomy supply inventory tracking into one calm, organized place. You see what you have, how long it will last, and what needs attention at a glance, on any device.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Is TrachTracker free?
Yes, completely free during the private beta period. No credit card required. When paid plans are introduced after beta, current users will be notified well in advance.
How does beta access work?
Submit a request at /request-access. We review every application manually. If approved, you will receive an email with onboarding instructions. Access is intentionally limited so we can work closely with early users.
How is "days remaining" calculated?
You enter the quantity you have on hand and your average daily usage for each item. TrachTracker divides quantity by daily usage to show you a days-remaining count. That number updates whenever you change either value.
What if my usage changes day to day?
Enter the average you use across a typical week. You can update the daily usage rate at any time and TrachTracker will immediately recalculate days remaining based on the new number.
Can I track supplies for more than one patient?
Yes. You can create multiple patient profiles under one account. Each patient's supplies stay completely separate and are easy to find.
Can I edit supply items anytime?
Yes. You can add, remove, rename, or update any item at any time. There is no lock-in and your inventory reflects what is actually happening.
Do I need any special hardware or equipment?
No. TrachTracker is a web app. It runs in any modern browser on any device, including phone, tablet, and desktop. No app download and no hardware required.
Will you add reminders or notifications?
Notifications are planned for a future version. Right now, all low-stock indicators are visible when you open the app. We will notify beta users when this feature is ready.
How do you handle my privacy?
Your account can only see the data you created. No other user or third party has access. We do not sell data, display ads, or share your information with anyone. See the privacy page for full details.
How do I contact support?
